Therapeutic Approach

Jennifer uses a bottom-up counseling approach, looking for the root issues connected to presenting symptoms in order to bring healing to the roots. Her approach is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps her identify and address the underlying causes of problems. In addition, Jennifer conducts marital intensives that use all the skills she has acquired over her 40 years of experience as a therapist.

More About Me

"Another passion of mine is physical fitness, and I have been a group fitness instructor and Christian Yoga teacher for many years. I can be found on the hiking trails with my friends, at the Gym, or on my Yoga mat.

I have 3 amazing children and 6 grandchildren that I adore and love to spend time with. My husband and I spend time in the cool pines of Prescott as often as possible, especially in the summer months."
