More About Me

"Another passion of mine is physical fitness, and I have been a group fitness instructor and Christian Yoga teacher for many years. I can be found on the hiking trails with my friends, at the Gym, or on my Yoga mat.

I have 3 amazing children and 6 grandchildren that I adore and love to spend time with. My husband and I spend time in the cool pines of Prescott as often as possible, especially in the summer months."
